Define "Oasis" as in Oasis of the Seas
Posted Sun, Sep 20th 2009, 19:05Ok, so in the dictionary, Oasis is defined as a small, green area in the desert. The Oasis of the Seas will not be in the desert but it will be a large area in a very blue green ocean. Oasis is also described as a “pleasant change from what is usual”. That definitely describes Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas. It will be the largest and most innovative ship in the world. Why? Because Royal Caribbean continues to ask the question—why not? Why not have a pool by day, a sea-side stage at night. Why not have two-story loft suites with sweeping views of the ship and the ocean. Why not have a lively Central Park.
